About Me
I studied Illustration at ArtCenter College of Design, where I was trained in traditional drawing and painting with a strong emphasis on light, composition, and visual structure — foundations that later became essential to my photography. That early discipline shaped how I see: paying attention to subtle shifts in light, balance within a frame, and the quiet details that give an image depth.
After graduation, I spent more than twenty years in the film and television industry. Those years taught me far more than technique; they deepened my understanding of visual storytelling — how light can shape emotion, how composition can guide attention, and how a single moment can hold an entire narrative.
Photography became a natural extension of that journey. It allows me to slow down, to observe more carefully, and to share not just what I see, but what I feel in a place. Each image is my attempt to balance presence and perspective — to witness the world thoughtfully, and to capture it with intention.
